Sauze d'Oulx

Sauze d'Oulx is one of the largest resorts in the immense Milky Way (Via Lattea) ski area. This area includes the ski resorts of Sestriere, Sauze d'Oulx, Cesana Sansicario, Claviere Pragelato in Italy and Montgenèvre in France. Because of the resort's position overlooking the Susa Valley, it is also referred to as "the balcony of the Alps". Its varied, wide and fast, ski slopes benefit from excellent snow cover. They are suitable for all types of skier, with more experienced skiers being able to enjoy the many off-piste trails through the woods. Sauze d'Oulx's ski slopes, the beauty of its landscape and its lively atmosphere, both day and night, make it a popular and trendy winter sports destination.
